Privacy policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
Hourgrid collects no data. Your places, groups and office hours stay on your device, and nothing about how you use the app is sent anywhere.
Who is responsible
Hourgrid is made by Christian Sjøbeck, Denmark. Contact: christian@sjobeckdigital.dk.
What stays on your device
- Places, labels, groups and office hours are stored only on your device, in a space shared with Hourgrid's own widgets so they can show your places.
- City search works offline from a list built into the app. What you type isn't sent anywhere.
- Times you share go only where you send them, through the iOS share sheet.
Calendar
"Add to Calendar" opens the system's new-event screen with the time filled in. Hourgrid doesn't ask for access to your calendar and can't read your events.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. I don't receive your payment details.
Analytics, ads and tracking
Hourgrid has no analytics, no ads and no tracking. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and the app will let you turn it off.
Children
Hourgrid is not directed at children and doesn't collect any information from anyone.
Your rights
Because nothing is collected, there's nothing for me to export or delete. You can remove places and groups in the app, or delete the app, at any time. Under the GDPR you can contact me with any questions, and you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
